North Huntingdon is a big, spread-out township with a real mix of homes — older places and newer developments alike — and a lot of them have the long driveways and generous concrete that this area is known for. All that concrete is great until it starts collecting dark buildup, oil spots, and tire marks. Cleaning and sealing it makes a huge difference in how the whole property looks.
I’m Daniel, owner and operator of CC Pressure Washing. When you hire me, you get me — the same person every step of the way, doing careful work and keeping you informed.
What I clean in North Huntingdon
- Concrete & driveway washing — Those long North Huntingdon driveways brought back to a clean, even finish.
- Concrete & paver sealing — After washing, sealing protects the surface, slows cracking, and keeps it cleaner far longer.
- House washing (soft washing) — Safe, low-pressure removal of mildew and algae from siding.
- Roof washing — Organic cleaner that removes the black algae streaks and extends roof life.
- Gutter cleaning & gutter guards — Cleared, flow-tested, and guard options to keep them that way.
Why homeowners here choose me
You’re not getting a faceless franchise — you’re getting a local owner-operator who shows up, communicates, and prices honestly. I’ll never sell you on something you don’t need. Just solid work I’m proud to stand behind.
A few quick questions
Can you get oil or rust stains off my concrete? Most of them, yes. Tire marks, organic staining, and a lot of oil and rust respond well to the right treatment and pressure. I’ll tell you straight what I can and can’t fully remove when I see it.
Is it worth sealing the driveway after washing? For big concrete areas, definitely. Sealing extends the life of the surface and keeps it looking clean much longer, so it’s a cost-effective add-on.
What payment methods do you accept? Cash and check, due on completion unless we set up something else ahead of time.
